HERITAGE SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The Anguilla Progressive Association of New York, Inc. (APANY) and The Optimist Club of Anguilla (OCA) joined forces in 2012 to administer the Anguilla Heritage Education Grant that currently provides assistance to Anguillian youth pursuing tertiary education at colleges and universities in Anguilla, the Caribbean and the United States.
FUNDRAISING & DONATIONS
As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we rely on donations and gifts from our fellow citizens to provide our services. We aim to raise funds for various charities as well as youth, senior, and other socio/economic development programs in Anguilla.
Our ultimate goal is to establish a state- of- the Art Multi Functional Community Center on the Island. We welcome your donations at any level.

The Blossom Centre is an initiative of the Arijah Children's Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving Anguilla's childrens with special needs.
Their mission is to serve anguilla’s children with special needs. through the kind and generous donations of many individuals, businesses and community groups, the foundation opened the blossom centre on september 6, 2010 and today provides daily educational and therapeutic programmes and services for anguilla’s children with special needs. Mr. Carlson Connor Lloyd presented a check to Renuka Harrigan, Founder of The Arijah Children’s Foundation at Blossom Centre. Mr. Connor Lloyd was pleased to deliver a donation in person to Mrs. Renuka Harrigan from a U.S. supporter of the Foundation. The Anguilla Red Cross is well on its way towards developing a culture of safety and delivering first aid assistance to residents and visitors on the Island at critical times.
As part of an ongoing effort to enhance their services to the local community they are seeking support to complete a project which will enable them to purchase a Wheelchair Bus with automotive lift. This will help to provide safe mobility for the increasing number of persons who are wheelchair bound due to age, illness, disabilities, injuries, amputation or paralysis. To date they have raised US$ 33,000.00 of their US$ 50,000.00 goal. Members of APANY are proud to have contributed US$ 1000.00 towards that goal.

the Anguilla Red Cross .
